John B. Shadrick is an award winning photographer and artist living in Trussville. His work is bright and bold. He works in landscapes, still life, and larger format florals, using acrylic, pen and ink and graphite.

His work is shown regularly at The Coffeehouse of Trussville. He has also shown in the 2005 Energen "Wonders of Alabama Art" show and ArtWalk 2006 in Birmingham. He was accepted into the Mountain Valley Arts Council 2006 juried show in Guntersville. He has shown in various Birmingham Art Association venues such as the Tutwiler Gallery, The First Presbyterian Church of birmingham, and The Frank Setzer Gallery.
